1. Receiving an Application

At our agency, we accept online applications from candidates interested in various positions. Our streamlined process takes only 8 to 10 minutes and involves three stages: entering personal information, answering job-related questions, and uploading a CV.

Once we receive your application and CV, we carefully review them to assess how well you match the company’s position and job requirements. Our team of highly skilled professionals evaluates your interpersonal skills and job experience to determine your ability to handle the job responsibilities within the company.

2. Screening

Once we receive and complete the initial evaluation of your application, if you meet the job prerequisites, your application will be forwarded to our team of recruiters for further review. At Dream Gulf HR Consultancy, our recruitment team evaluates your profile, assesses your responses to job-specific questions, and scrutinizes your CV to determine if your experience aligns with the job profile requirements. Based on this assessment, we create a shortlist of candidates for the next step in the recruitment process.

3. Shortlisting

Once you have been shortlisted, the Line Manager will evaluate your profile and personal details, focusing on your technical skills and job experience for the role. Based on this assessment, the recruitment team will finalize the list of candidates who will be contacted for an interview.

4. Interviews And Selection

Once candidates have been shortlisted, our recruitment team will contact them to schedule an initial interview, either telephonically or face-to-face, depending on their location. This interview allows us to assess the competencies and skills required for the role you’ve applied for. In some cases, we may also ask about your willingness to relocate to another country.

The initial interview is typically followed by a telephonic interview, and final selection events may include an analysis exercise, presentations, group activities, or other activities, depending on the role you’re applying for. Throughout the process, our team of human resources and recruitment experts will be actively involved in selecting the best candidate for the role. Before the interview, we will provide you with information about the company profile and additional details about the role. We encourage candidates to ask questions throughout the recruitment process, treating it as a two-way decision-making process.

Our recruitment team provides honest answers to your questions, and you’ll also have the opportunity to talk to existing expatriate workers. They can share their own experiences of living and working in the region, giving you a better understanding of what to expect if you are selected for the role.

4. Employment Offer And Joining

If you have successfully reached this stage, you will receive a formal offer of employment from Dream Gulf Manpower Recruitment Agency. Upon accepting the offer in writing, we will begin the process of coordinating with you and making the necessary arrangements for your temporary accommodation before you arrive. In addition, you may be asked to provide some or all of the following legal documents.

• Education Certificates
• Medical Reports and other document required by the labor law.
